Workforce Development Board

The St. Lawrence County Workforce Development Board has just released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a One-Stop Network Operator.  St. Lawrence OSNO RFP 2026 Proposals must be received by March 2, 2026 by 3p.m. with services commencing on July 1, 2026.  If unable to obtain the RPF with the attached link, please contact 315-229-3376 and one can be sent to you.

A bidders' conference, open to all interested respondents, will be held on February 13, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. via ZOOM.  Please call 315-229-3376 or email slconestop@gmail.com to obtain the ZOOM meeting information.  Staff will be present to answer questions during the bidders' conference.
